Why I created ListLoft AI

I built ListLoft AI because, as a solo agent, I was doing the work of a whole team by myself, and I wanted my time back for the clients who need me.

What made it hard

Too much on one plate

Every day as a solo agent started with a list that never ended. Prospecting, follow-ups, showings, paperwork, marketing, emails and texts all landed on me, and there was no assistant, team or office staff to hand anything to.

Some days it was simply overwhelming. When everything depends on you, something always waits, and too often it was the follow-up that would have turned into the next client.

Busy isn't the same as productive

I could work twelve hours and still not know which of those hours actually moved my business forward. Was it the calls, the mailers, the open houses or the social posts that produced appointments and signed agreements?

Without clear goals and a way to measure them, I was guessing. I wanted to set a monthly goal, know exactly what it would take to get there, and see every day whether I was on pace.

80 conversations
16 appointments
10 signed

The repetitive, tedious tasks

So much of the job is the same work, over and over: updating the CRM, checking Do-Not-Call lists, drafting the same follow-up emails, logging calls, filling out forms and keeping websites signed in.

None of it is hard. All of it takes time, and together it buried the parts of the job that actually need an agent: advising clients, negotiating and building relationships.

Two places at once

Real estate doesn't wait for your calendar to open up. Picture a typical afternoon:

2:00 PMListing appointment with a seller I've worked for weeks to land.Half my mind is on the offer.I'm fully present with the seller.
5:00 PMOffer deadline for my buyer on the home they love.Rushing terms and forms in the car.Package ready for my review at 4:15.

I can't give the seller my full attention while I'm also gathering the buyer's terms, pulling forms and checking the details of an offer. One of them gets less of me than they deserve. I needed someone who could prepare the offer, ask the right questions and have the package ready for my review, while I stayed fully present with the seller.

Every date, every party

Once a deal is moving, the dates multiply: showings, inspections, appraisals, financing deadlines, deposits and settlement. Each one has a deadline in the contract, and missing one can cost my client the deal.

  1. Ratified
  2. Deposit
  3. Inspection
  4. Appraisal
  5. Financing
  6. Settlement

On top of the dates, everyone needs to hear from me: clients, the other agent, the lender, the title company and the inspector. Keeping every party informed, on time, across several deals at once, was one of the hardest parts of working alone.

Always marketing

An agent who stops marketing stops getting calls. I always needed to be promoting myself and my listings in new and creative ways: flyers, social posts, videos, blog posts, mailers, open houses and my online profiles.

Creating fresh, compliant marketing every week takes as much time as everything else combined, and it's usually the first thing that slips on a busy week.

What ListLoft AI does about it

The team I never had

A branded dashboard and a team of AI assistants, led by a managing assistant who reports to you. Pick a problem to see the fix.

The fix

A team that splits the work

An AI assistant team covers follow-up, prospecting, paperwork prep, showings and marketing drafts. Your managing assistant sends a morning briefing and an end-of-day recap.

The fix

Goals, road map, scoreboard

Set monthly goals for listings, buyers and appointments. The dashboard turns them into a road map (calls, conversations, appointments) and a scoreboard that shows whether you're on pace.

The fix

The busywork, done for you

A daily call sheet that's already Do-Not-Call checked, with scripts. Follow-up emails and texts drafted for you, and instant replies to new leads.

The fix

One tap: Write an Offer

Tap Write an Offer, Write a Listing Agreement or Write a Buyer Agreement. Your team asks the right questions, pulls your state's forms, checks your broker's checklist and has the package ready for your review.

The fix

Every deadline tracked

Once you're under contract, every deadline is tracked, from deposit and inspection to appraisal and settlement, with check-ins to the lender, title company and client drafted for you.

The fix

Marketing that keeps moving

Listing promotion, social posts, blog drafts and your referral network keep moving every week, each one waiting for your approval.

You stay in control: nothing is sent, posted, signed or spent without your OK.
